All the room reservations are subject to Pinehill Guest House in Bracknell Terms and Conditions:

1- Non refundable 1^st night room rate is payable at the time of booking, full balance to pay at the time of or prior to checking-in by cash, credit/debit card, bank transfer.

2- Payment will subject to 4% surcharge if by credit card, 2% surcharge if by UK debit card. Bank transfer or online payment must be pre-paid before check in.

3- Two days notice period is required to cancel a whole or remaining reservation of 6 room nights or less.

4- One week notice period is required to cancel a whole or remaining reservation of 7 room nights or more.

5- Credit cardholder is responsible for the third party guest’s bill if the room is booked by the cardholder for the third party guest.

6- Late checking out after midday noon on the day of your departure may occur additional room rate, keys not returned after your departure will occur £25 expense on your bill.

7- Pinehill Guest House in Bracknell reserves the right to cancel your booking without notice if your credit/debit card details supplied in error or not authorised for any reason.

8- Check in after 3:30pm or before 9:30pm. Early/late check in is possible by appointment only, may occur additional fee £10. Please state the time of your arrival when booking.

9- Check out before 11:00am on the day of your departure.

10- Parking spaces within our premises of Pinehill Guest House are for cars or small vans ONLY. Very large van or truck drivers please do not make reservation at Pinehill Guest House in Bracknell.
